This is the legal contract of Sisters True Love Group. This contract is subject to adjustments as the group grows in future. Sisters True Love Group stands for love and nothing matters here but true love.
All members of the group must abide by the rules, decisions or recommendations made by the CEO and the executive committee. Every activity of members of the group must represent her core values both in conduct and character. Members must not involve themselves in any activity that will undermine the progress of the group.
Members are expected to be discreet regarding information or details of activities of the group. Any slanderous remarks concerning the group (especially to the public) by members will not be tolerated. All forms of correspondence that is representative of the group must be reviewed by the CEO/executive committee. This can be in the form of online post, advertisement, research, interviews, receiving or giving gifts, phone calls, decisions, fund raising, communications through email (or in person) etc. Failure to abide by this rule might be legally addressed. Such decisions rests on the CEO and the executive committee. Consequences of such action might include suspension or termination of membership.
Honesty is a core value of the group. All members are expected to comport themselves properly during meetings and events. Actions including backbiting, gossip, telling lies, being disrespectful toward others, acts of selfishness, making rude gestures etc. shall not be tolerated. All disagreements will be addressed in-house i.e. in the committee meeting. As sisters, in order to show good leadership/followership and commitment to this great platform, we will avoid all the forms of action listed above . Our core traits as members should include love, unity, peace and honesty. We will be a source of upliftment to each other.
Official membership registration cost a one-time fee of $20.00 for those residing in the United States of America. Each member is expected to pay a monthly due of $20.00. Registration fees and monthly dues are yet to be fixed for members living overseas. This will be done by the CEO/Executive committee in a few months. Any adjustments in the future will be announced accordingly.
All leadership positions are open at the moment. We shall have a three month trial period starting from February 2018 to review, evaluate and post positions. Any interested individual can apply. Candidates will be selected based on merit in the form of commitment, involvement, good behavior etc. Final decisions are made by the CEO and the executive committee. All application and appointment process will be similar to a business environment.
The CEO (along with her mentor) will provide full support to the group. Members are expected to show express commitment to the group as well. From November through February, the CEO and the executive committees will nominate 2 sisters to be added in the group’s bank account. One sister will have access to the debit card without the PIN. The other sister will have the PIN (as well as the CEO). No deposit or withdrawal will be made without the two parties (whose approval must be signed by the CEO).
Registrations or monthly dues (including donations or contribution by any sister) is non refundable. No exemptions. This contract is legal and whoever fails to abide by the rules/regulations might be suspended or terminated. In extreme cases, members are subject to face the law based on the recommendation of the CEO and executive committee.
This is not our family or friends’ business, it is a professional entity and must by every means be treated as one at all times.
