Instruction & Process

1. Fill & Submit Application

Fill out the application form on the right, providing accurate details as requested.

2. Membership Registration Fee Payment

Membership registration cost $50. Payments can be made here online or in person by the next meeting date. If paid online, printed proof of payment (email) should be submitted by the next meeting date.

3. Membership Monthly Dues

Each member is to pay $20 every month as monthly dues. This is to ensure the smooth running of the organization.

The foundation is created for outreach to the less privileged, the elderly, the sick and the poor.
